In the framework of his official mission in India, Vice Minister Luis Miguel Hincapié gave a keynote address at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of India-FICCI, in which he shared a series of data with Indian entrepreneurs. and indicators that show the growing commercial development of Panama and the positive impact it has had in the region. He also highlighted our multimodal platform, the expansion of the Panama Canal, our air connectivity, a strengthened financial system, the incentives for the establishment of multinational companies in our country and the development of free zones as favorable points to be taken into account at the moment. to make the decision to invest in our country.

For their part, the Indian businessmen thanked the Vice Chancellor for their visit and took the opportunity to express their interest in working with Panama in sectors such as logistics, infrastructure, energy and port maritime development.

With a message of political accompaniment, Vice Chancellor Hincapié was in the company of the Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Shyamal Misra; of the FICCI Assistant Secretary General, Manish Singhal; of Mrs. D.
