Pardini & Asociados represented SolaireDirect in a recent public bid

Pardini & Asociados (P&A) is pleased to announce that we have been appointed legal advisers to the French solar power company SolaireDirect.
P&A represented SolaireDirect in a recent public bid by the government of Panama and were awarded with 34MW plus an additional amount that they will construct as a merchant operator.
SolaireDirect is a French private solar power company that up to now has 57 solar PV projects under construction or in commercial operation, representing an aggregate of 487MW on four continents (including 392.4MW in France, 71.6MW in India, 21.0MW in the Middle East and Africa and 1.3MW in Latin America).
