Miniso opens its first store in Panama with legal advice of Pardini & Asociados

Under the legal advice of Pardini & Asociados, Miniso, international Japanese/Chinese chain of fashion, beauty and technology, started operations in Panama with its first store in the Albrook Shopping Center.

In this process of opening in Panama, the law firm Pardini & Asociados provided legal advice in the setting up of franchise retail stores chain in accordance to the Republic of Panama legislation.

Miniso was founded in 2013, and currently has strategic agreements to operate in more than 40 countries and regions. It has also opened stores in Asia, North America, South America, Europe and Africa. With the presence of this store in Panama, Miniso hopes to promote the development of the retail stores industry in the country.

To 2020, Miniso plans open more than 6000 stores around the world.
