P&A IS CO-AUTHOR OF THE COMMERCIAL WORKING GROUP OF THE VIRTUAL ROUND TABLE 2017

Pardini & Asociados is proud to announce that our managing partner, Dr. Juan Francisco Pardini, is a co-author of the Commercial Working Group of the 2017 Virtual Round Table, a debate involving IR Global members from the Netherlands, Panama, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, China, Turkey and Italy.

IR Global brought together eight members of its Commercial Law Group to analyze contract law. The purpose of the function is to provide members and their clients with valuable information about commercial contracts in a variety of jurisdictions, including common errors observed and best practice approaches to eradicate them. The Group also evaluate how judgments are applied and the procedure for claiming damages in case of non-compliance.

The IR Global platform acts as a network that connects all members with potential clients and offers strategic development support during the process, in which we are members and participate in projects like the one mentioned above.
