The administrative unit of goods reverted (UABR) administers land that pertenencian to the former Panama Canal zone, recorded more than $150 million between the 2014 - and in may 2017.
According to the report by the entity the moneys coming from auctions of assets amounted to more than $121 million; While leases, concessions, and recovery of delinquent portfolio reached $31.8 million.
Luis Felipe Icaza, Secretary Executive of the unit, said that the proposed work plan includes the modernisation of the institution through the arrangement of the areas available.
Also expected the revival of auctions covered by law 22 of public procurement, the project "First choice of shopping" for tenants with a minimum of five years dealing with the good, as well as the decrease of the delinquent portfolio, among other aspects.
