1. Please download and print the attached File with the Application.

2. Please complete and sign the Incorporation Application.

3. This Application Form, plus a copy of the passport of the signatory, authenticated by a Public Notary, plus the Letters of Reference (only if you require nominee directors) must be copied by a “Scanner” and send to us by Email to companies@padela.com. The original documents must be sent to our offices in Panama by International courier (ie: Fedex, DHL, UPS).

 

NOTE: Please remember that if you request us to provide Nominee Directors, we will need one (1) banking reference letter and one (1) personal reference letter from the Client / Beneficial Owner in order to process the incorporation.

4. As soon as we receive all above documents, we will reply to you with payment instructions.

Shipping and Return Policy.

All packages and relevant paperwork are shipped approximately 10-15 business days from the date payment is received. Sales of corporation and foundations are non-refundable 24 hours after payment has been received. Services for opening of bank accounts, brokerage accounts and all other non-refundable 24 hours after payment has been received. Clients may cancel orders and receive full refunds if cancellation occur within the above specified time parameters. Clients have 24 hours to cancel orders of IBC's and Foundations in order to receive a full refund. Clients have 24 hours to cancel all other items in order to receive full refunds. After the specified times have elapsed, no refunds can be given. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
